- This collection includes 25 recently-published articles on topics related to diagnostic quality and safety. The Current State of Diagnostic Safety is the place to start. Other issue briefs focus on measurement and reporting, clinical reasoning, education, system issues, patient-engagement, and specific populations (elderly, pediatric, rural).

- PSNet includes an extensive collection of resources relevant to patient safety, and diagnostic quality and safety in particular. Patient safety ‘primers’ are a great place to start for newbies. Hundreds of analyzed cases, safety overviews, and safety news items are available and searchable.

- Over 600 cases are included in this collection, and roughly a third involve cases with lessons relevant to diagnostic safety.
